1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to digital educational courses provided by ZmeuSolutions and purchased on zmeu-solutions.com. (https://zmeu-solutions.com/)
2. Legal Basis
The policy is based on the Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia (BC) and regulations governing distance sales and digital goods, as well as Visa/Mastercard payment system rules.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
– The buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase of a digital product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase if access to the course has not been granted or activated.
For products that include access to materials (e.g., study guides or video lessons), the refund period starts from the first login to the system or the opening of the content.
– If the buyer has gained full or partial access to the video course (viewing, downloading), the right to a refund may be limited or not available, since the service is considered rendered.
4. Refund Conditions
– Refunds are processed upon written request from the buyer within 14 days after purchase if the course has not been activated.
– After activation, refunds are only possible if there are significant technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, confirmed by the support team.
– To request a refund, the buyer must specify the reason for withdrawal and provide account and payment information.
– Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
– If the Terms of Service are violated or there is an attempt to illegally copy the course.
– If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
– If more than 25% of the course materials have been used.
– If your account has been used fraudulently or you have violated our Terms of Use.
6. Payment Reversal Procedure
• Chargeback and Buyer Protection
If a refund request is not approved, the buyer has the right to contact Consumer Protection BC or initiate a chargeback through their bank.
We store and provide evidence such as: order information, receipt, IP/time, activation data, logins, progress, and support communication — to resolve potential disputes.
Duplicate charges after a refund are disputed.
7. Refund Request Procedure

7.2. Attach proof of purchase (receipt or screenshots).
7.3. Describe the issue or reasons for your request.
7.4. Wait for your request to be reviewed by our quality department.
Your request will be reviewed within three business days. After approval, the refund amount will be returned using the same payment method as the original purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZmeuSolutions Career Education Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund if violations of the above conditions are identified.
The company is not liable for loss of income, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased products.
9. Policy Changes
Changes to this Policy may be made in the event of amendments to legislation or payment system rules.
The updated version will be published on the official website and will apply to future purchases.
Refunds will be processed according to the version of the Policy in effect at the time of purchase, if it is more favorable to the consumer.
